Caden joined the Whaleshark team in June 2023 and has focused on investment analysis and managing partner relationships for the Whaleshark team and its network. He works directly with Whaleshark partners Black Powder Holdings and Black Powder Search, where his efforts helped the teams close two successful acquisitions and establish the search business. Caden's ongoing Whaleshark role is special project-related, due to the fact that he is also a full-time student and Division I athlete at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

In addition to his work with Whaleshark, his studies, and college athletics, Caden remains actively involved in helping nonprofits in his hometown community of Rye, New York, and in the areas surrounding Chapel Hill.
