Denise Kermode joined Whaleshark as Chief Administrative Officer in October 2023 to take over all organizational, logistical, and personnel resource functions for the firm. Denise brings over twenty five years of finance experience, mostly recently at Canaccord Genuity, where she worked directly with the Global Head of Securities and Securities Desk Heads for over 15 years. Prior to joining CG, Denise developed her skills as an executive assistant at leading firms such as Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, where she was promoted to Vice President during her tenure working with senior executives at the firm.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Denise finds solace and joy at the beach. Denise Cherishes her time spent with family and friends, as they bring laughter, love, and a sense of fulfillment to her life. Additionally, Denise is actively involved in charitable organizations through her efforts in coordinating events and projects for Steer for Student Athletes and the Special Operations Transition Fund.
