Frank joined Whaleshark in July 2023 as Chief Revenue Officer to lead the team’s business development efforts and oversee Whaleshark’s sales, investor introductions, and the firm’s partner relationships. Prior to joining Whaleshark, Frank was a Managing Director on the Alternative Capital team at Canaccord Genuity, a publicly listed global investment bank. His team serviced the family office, private equity, venture capital, and ultra-high net worth universe, focusing on emerging growth sector capital raising.

Prior to joining CG in April 2016, Frank was Head of Corporate Access at BNP Paribas for two years. In this role, he was responsible for originating and executing corporate roadshows, field trips, and investor visits across the US.

Previously, Frank held VP roles in corporate access and business development teams at Knight Capital (KCG) and FBN Securities. Frank earned his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University.
